Out of Town

Please note I will be out of town from August 30th to September 3rd. The subs for my classes are as follows:

Aug 30th at Goda, 7am- Dearbhla
Aug 30th at YMCA, 7:15pm- Jenny (this will be a yoga and pilates class)
Aug 31st at Goda, 6:30pm- Nathalie C.
September 3 at Wondernation there is no class, closed for the Holiday

I am off to the great northwest to spend some time with my family and to take a boat trip in the San Juan Islands. I will post some pictures when I return.
