Thursday evening at the YMCA from 7-8:15pm Isabel will be subbing for me.

Friday evening at Goda from 6:30-8pm Lisa Gold will be subbing for me.

On October 14th and November 11th (Sundays) at 10:30am I will be subbing for Isabel at the YMCA.
