Thanksgiving Week Schedule

On Thursday and Friday, November 22nd and 23rd I will not be teaching at the YMCA or at Goda Yoga. Regular classes resume the following week.

*Happy Thanksgiving to you all. I am so grateful to each and every one of you for being students and friends. You enrich my life.
