A friend and fellow teacher of mine just started a yoga podcast that is awesome! His name is James Brown and he was my first teacher in Los Angeles, he also co-led my first teacher training. He is an amazing teacher. This is a great way to get in a home practice when you can't make it to class. Go to itunes and search for the 'Yogaposer' podcast now! You won't regret it :)
