Prenatal Class Coming to an End

I will know longer be teaching the Monday night prenatal class at Wondernation. That class will now by taught by Hilary Watts-Harris, a wonderful teacher and dear friend of mine. It looks like I will begin teaching a postnatal class soon, I will keep you all posted on the details of that. It was wonderful to share my time with the beautiful, strong and brave pregnant women in my class. I will miss them all dearly as they have all touched my life. If anyone is interested in a prenatal class please contact Wondernation (link provided at bottom of page), I would highly recommend Hilary to anyone and everyone looking to bring a yoga practice into their pregnancy.
