I will be teaching a class at Studio 7 Art and Yoga beginning in the next few weeks. The class will be Wednesday afternoons from 3:30-4:45 and it will be a fairly gentle class appropriate for all levels and all ages and physical abilities. Classes are $18. If you are interested please call the studio to inquire at 310.471.1691 before attending your 1st class.
Also- the new Yoga Works in Westlake Village is going to be offering intro to yoga classes beginning in March and it looks like I will be teaching there Saturday afternoons at 2. I will make another post once the first day of class has been anounced.
I also have a few times slots left for private and semi private classes, please email me soon if you are interested as these spots could fill quickly.
