4 New Classes Starting September 6th

Beginning the weekend of Sept 6th I will be teaching Saturdays and Sundays at 2 and 5:15 in Marina Del Rey at Redwood Athletic. It is a new studio so please come out and support it. It is pretty much on the corner of Washington and Venice (just off to the ocean side). Classes are 1 hour and should be fun and sweaty!!
