I came across this great resource today for Ayurvedic recipes for Fall, all are Vata reducing and as fall is a Vata season we could all use a little more of that (for more information on Ayurveda or what that means email me or look online, there is a ton of information). These recipes are calming and comforting, perfect for a cold night in (relatively speaking if you live in Los Angeles).
