Goings on and a book recommendation

If you are in the area come on over to YogaWorks Westwood at 6pm for a level 1/2 class.  I am subbing for the lovely Kim Fisch and it promises to be a good time.  They have some great new student specials if you haven't been to YogaWorks before.  The studio is just south of Wilshire Blvd on Westwood.

Recently I've been flipping through an old copy of "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron.  It doesn't really matter if you consider yourself an artist or not, this book is a great guide to help you find what you really want in life.  It is a manual for peeling away the layers of the junk that gets layered into our lives and limits our ability to be who we really are.   I have found it enlightening on many levels and highly recommend you pick it up.
