Thank You, Te Anau

To everyone who made it to the Detox Workshop in Te Anau, thank you!  It was a wonderful morning with a view of the mountains and crisp, clear air.  Perfect for building some inner heat and working through some challenging poses and twists.  It was such a joy to teach you all and I will savor our time of chatting after the class was over. 

A special thanks to Kerri-Anne and Te Anau Yoga for putting this together, your warm and hospitality will always be remembered.
