Spring Newsletter

Hello Friends and Yogis!!  Spring is nearly here- flowers are starting to bloom and the days are getting a bit brighter.  Spring being a time of new beginnings in nature it is also a great time to bring something new to your practice or start a practice if it is something that's been on your list of things to do.  So take some time with your new found daylight and find a new class or roll out your mat- maybe even outside once it gets warm enough- and discover something new!

What's Going On Now...I left New Zealand a few weeks ago and had a week's stop in Bali where I had the honor of practicing at the Yoga Research Institute of Bali in Ubud with Heather and Prem.  It was a beautiful way to get back into a class setting and meet some other teachers from around the world.  I even got to reconnect to with a teacher I knew back in Los Angeles, the amazing Sarah Ezrin- if you are in Santa Monica check out her classes, she is a beautiful teacher.

After Bali we took some time to travel through Europe before heading to Iceland and then back to the United States for a few weeks of family time on the east coast.  Soon we will be back in Seattle and classes will be starting up almost immediately!

What's Coming up Soon...In about a month I will be back in Seattle and setting up studio classes as well as some office and private sessions.  There will more "Yoga and Wine Afternoons" and workshops galore!  Please stay tuned for more details and email me with any enquiries.  I have some space left for private sessions but get your name in now to reserve room!

Special Announcements and Upcoming Events...

  • Yoga and Wine in the Afternoon is back!  An official email invitation will be sent shortly with a time and place, it will be sometime near the end of May.
  • I am still taking reservations for private sessions beginning on our return, email me privately for more information.
  • My website over at www.yogakm.com is always expanding, subscribe to the blog and keep an eye on it for more upcoming classes and information.

The last six months have been a time of transformation for both my teaching and my practice, I look forward to sharing new ideas and stories with each and every one of you!

Peace and Light,
Kaitlyn
