March 5-11: Moving into Spring... Slowly...

I feel the need to apologize to all your Portland folks, last week I wrote that Spring was just around the corner and the next day it was snowing...  its cold outside again after the tease of a week of sunshine... HOWEVER- this time of year is a great time to practice and move our bodies, the seasons are changing, even if we can't see it yet- there is movement happening in nature and our bodies are perhaps craving a bit of movement as well.  Its time to start shaking off the stillness and sleepiness of Winter and stretch as we gently wake up to move towards Spring.
