Another New Class at Goda

This is very exciting for me- In addition to the Friday evening yoga class at Goda Yoga I will also be teaching there Thursday mornings from 7-8:15am. Both classes are level 1/2. Check out their website at www.godayoga.com- they are a great studio and I am honored to be on their schedule.
