Beginning the 1st Friday in July I will be teaching a beginning level class at Goda Yoga in Culver City. This is a great little studio and I would love to see you there, classes are $16. For more info on the studio click here.
Beginning July 9th I will be teaching a prenatal class appropriate for all levels at Wondernation in Manhattan beach. Pre-registration is required. For more info click here.
As of June 27th I will no longer be on the schedule for Yoga Sofia. I hope to be back soon.
