Next week I will be teaching a free yoga class to the inspiring women who work at "A Window Between Worlds," an organization that uses art to help put an end to domestic violence. Over the weekend I took a workshop with the lovely ladies from "Off the Mat Into the World" and felt inspired to find a way to give through Yoga to something I felt passionate about. I will continue to post as I move more in the direction of teaching Yoga to help women feel empowered in their lives and reclaim their power. That was one of my main motivations for becoming a yoga teacher. We are all powerful beings when we begin to recognize and reclaim that power wonderful things begin to take place.
