Shaking things up


Sometimes it is important to break from our habits and do something new.  A change of scenery, a change of pace,  can help us see what our habits might be that need to be changed.  Drive a different route home from work,  cook a new recipe, try a yoga pose you don't normally try- notice how you react to 'the new' and what it might bring up for you. Welcome the change in perspective that it could have to offer.
