A few ways to help you through the winter

I came across these today and thought they might be of use to you all- if you are feeling at all out of balance this holiday season it could be the result of a Vata imbalance (if you want to learn more about Ayurveda check out this great blog and look at the 'Beginner's Guide to Ayurveda'.

This article from yoga journal has some helpful tips for reducing vata this time of year and below is a seasonal chart of the doshas to get an idea of how they shift in nature (also from the blog I linked to above).

Enjoy and take care of yourself this holiday season!  Eat plenty of warm, nourishing foods and get lots of rest.
