February 19-25: Schedule and Workshops

The month of February may very well the most challenging month of all.  Recovering from the holidays (physically, emotionally and financially) and trying to stick to New Years Resolutions- all while trying to stay upbeat through the last of the Winter months with rain and darkness and lack of sunlight... Luckily our yoga practice can help us find a path through all of this.  Just showing up for our practice is often the hardest part, once the mat is rolled and you arrive all you have to do is move and breath- no 'to do' lists to contemplate, no errands to run, just moving and breathing.  You will feel better when you are done-

Upcoming Workshops:
Bloom Into Spring Workshops!  
Celebrate the return of Spring with an afternoon of uplifting yoga.  These 2 hour workshops will focus on heart opening backbends and twists to 'spring clean' our bodies, mind and souls.  We will explore asana, meditation, chanting and pranayama to welcome in this beautiful time of year.
