March 26-April 1: Workshops are Starting!




April is nearly here!  If you haven't yet signed up for a "Bloom Into Spring" workshop there is still time- it is going to be a super fun afternoon- we will practice some yoga, focusing on backbends and twists to help us transition out of Winter and into Spring.  We will also do some singing (I've been practicing the Harmonium) and some breathwork.  It is going to be uplifting and fun and will offer everyone tools to help move smoothly through times of transition. Oh yeah, and there will probably be some chocolate :) The first of the workshops is at Exhale on Sunday the 8th- the rest of the dates and times are listed below.


This week's theme will be leading up to Bakasana and a few of its cousins.  We will build on the awareness we explored last week in the shoulder girdle for Chataranga and give ourselves some to play.  Can't wait to see you there!






Upcoming Workshops:

Celebrate the return of Spring with an afternoon of uplifting yoga.  These 2 hour workshops will focus on heart opening backbends and twists to 'spring clean' our bodies, mind and souls.  We will explore asana, meditation, chanting and pranayama to welcome in this beautiful time of year.
