April 2-8: New Classes at The Yoga Space and Sunday Workshop!






Is anyone else done with this rain!?! I was told this week that I better get used to it- it will probably keep raining until June... and so, this week- I have been doing my best to enjoy the rain, to listen to what it might have to teach me.  It seems fitting really, as I am planning workshops (see dates and times below) on transitioning into Springtime- the rain is a vehicle for transformation- washing away the old, nurturing new life and building a foundation where life can be sustained.  It is a beautiful thing.  And when it gets dark and gloomy out- a bit of time making something yummy things in the kitchen always brightens my day.  I am lucky enough to have some family in California with a lemon tree and as a result, I now have a freezer full of lemon curd.  It is delicious and tastes like sunshine.


Starting this week on Tuesdays and Thursdays I will be teaching a Vinyasa class at the Yoga Space at 12:15.  I am thrilled to be joining this wonderful studio- if you have never been please come in for a class- it is on SE 28th and Stark.  





Upcoming Workshops:

Celebrate the return of Spring with an afternoon of uplifting yoga.  These 2 hour workshops will focus on heart opening backbends and twists to 'spring clean' our bodies, mind and souls.  We will explore asana, meditation, chanting and pranayama to welcome in this beautiful time of year.
