The Mysore Room, day 1

1 day down- I am sore but I feel so great. Yesterday was one of the most grounding practices I have had in a long time. For most of the day yesterday I was feeling anxious and spacey- once I started the practice I could feel myself starting to calm down. Having no sounds in the room other than the steady breathing of my fellow practitioners was so calming, so grounding, I felt no need to rush. I had nowhere to go other than where I was. I could feel in my heart that I was exactly where I needed to be.
