Tuesday: 8am Google Fremont, all levels
Tuesday: 5:45pm Pro Sports Bellevue, all level flow  *NEW CLASS!*
Thursday: 12pm Bala Yoga Juanita, Lunchtime Flow (subbing)
Friday: 10:30am Discover Yoga Redmond, Prenatal Yoga *NEW CLASS!*
Friday: 12:15pm Discover Yoga Redmond, all levels *NEW CLASS!*
Friday: 4:30pm Pro Sports Bellevue, all level flow *NEW CLASS!*

I have 4 (!!!!!) new classes starting this week on the eastside of the city so if you are in the area (Bellevue or Redmond) come and say hello. Most classes are appropriate for all levels but just message me if you have any questions.

I want to say thank you for everyone at the Mexico wedding who made it to class the morning of the ceremony.  It was such a treat to practice yoga and have some time to get grounded before the festivities commenced.  To Raina and Jimmy- may your marriage be filled with light and love.  Lots of hugs and kisses to you both!
